FABRICATE
Once approved our craftsman will begin the fabrication process at our workshop, we use both traditional blacksmith techniques as well as modern precision welding, to create our signature
chunky framework and your personalised design. Our robust designs are inspired by our back ground in structural steel engineering, using thick steel and with industrial quality welds for reinforced strength and safety and durability.

As part of our service to you, we transport your metalwork to Scotland's leading galvanise and powder coaters where they apply protective coatings that prevent it from
rusting and fading, giving it an ultra low maintenance finish, so you can
put your feet up and enjoy for years to come.
PROTECT
Once your metalwork has been built, we drop it off for Galvanising. This is a process that involves dipping the steel in a molten zinc liquid which coats it, to provide a corrosion resistant
protective layer, which we provide as standard due to the amount of rain we get in Scotland. It provides peace of mind as it extends its life for 100 years!* Now that's value for money!
​Powder coating is an additional protective layer and is optional, but highly recommended as it gives the steel a sleek high end finish that you could never achieve using paint. Its a process where a coloured powder (normally black, but other colours are available) is baked onto the surface of the galvanised metal, giving it an extra protective layer that's anti fade for up to 15 years and ultra low maintenance meaning you won't need to spend your weekends scraping off old paint and reapplying a gazzilion layers, but instead sit with your feet up enjoying your free time. . Who wouldn't want that?
INSTALL
Our experienced installation engineer will deliver and install your metalwork with care and precision. Our gold standard installation process begins with
accurately measuring and marking the installation points, followed by digging and preparing post holes. Posts are then securely set in concrete. to ensure stability. Once cured, hinges are fitted, and the gate is carefully aligned for a smooth, even swing. Handles and locking mechanisms are installed and thoroughly tested for proper function and security. Finally, the site is cleaned and tidied, leaving your outdoor space just as it was -
only better.
